General Sales Terms & Conditions

The acceptance of all orders is subject to our General Sales Terms & conditions as defined below:

1. Our goods travel at the risk of the recipient.

2. Any claim to be valid, must be made within eight days.

3. Prices shown are without taxes from the company.

4. The lead time is given for information.

5. Our prices are set for a payment before shipment.

6. A discount of 1% could be granted for a payment at 10 days invoice net

7. Lump sum compensation for recovery costs 40€ minimum (décret 2012-1115)

8. Ours draft were not kept at the place of payment

9. The unpaid invoice at term leads late interest calculated on 1,5 the legal rate

10. Any disagreement on these terms must be writing within eight days from the receipt of the terms. The lack of observations is considered tacit.

11. Any contest should be in front of the Commercial Court of Hauts-de-Seine, only competent.

12. TITLE RETENTION CLAUSE (Loi 80.335 du 12 Mai 1980, de l'article 65 de la loi N° 67-563 du 13 Juillet). In accordance with our general sales condition, the delivery products will stay our property until the complete payment.

13. The repair products have a 3-month warranty
